Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. However, due to the handmade nature of our rugs, we offer limited returns as outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition and packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation).

2. Return Process

• Email us at tamparugs@gmail.com with the subject "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".

• Include photos if the item is defective or damaged.

• We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and address.

3. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless item was defective).

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Used, damaged, or customized rugs.

• Sale items or gift cards.
