I received this pretty rug, which is well made and I like it, but one end has a moldy smell with discoloration on the back side (some water damage). Be aware, they do not pay for returns: the mold-damaged rug is heavy 8ftx8ft and would be costly for me to pay to return it. So I will need to see if there is a product that can remove the mold and odor....disappointed!

Bought two of these wool rugs and they are very nice. But, the 6x9 rug came and it was perfect! The 8x8 came a few days later. It smells like it was soaked in diesel fuel! I had notified both Amazon and Safavieh through amazon and the only response I received was about returning the rug. It has not been returned. It has been down on my floor for a week and it’s just nasty to try and even watch TV. THE SMELL IS THAT OVERWHELMING! Can’t donate it because it may make someone sick. What a waste of money! I’m so very disappointed!

Love this rug! It has rich, lush colors true to the pictures. Once we got it where we wanted it and unrolled it I was thrilled to see it didn't have lines and creases. We could enjoy it immediately. So happy with it!

I’m very impressed with the quality of this rug. It has very pleasing warm colors and it makes a grand statement. Love it!
