Handmade Persian Kilim Rug

Actually use this in the bathroom. Great absorption and doesn’t slide around incredibly too much.

*****Update- after my initial review, the seller contacted me via email within 2-3 days. The seller was very apologetic and asked how they could make the situation better. I asked them if they would send me another replacement rug & they did! I have my new rug and I’m very happy with the seller. They truly served the customer. I appreciate the great customer service!I’m Purchased this rug in Oct 2024 & used it as a kitchen rug. Unfortunately, we stand on it daily with sink traffic and now the rug looks like the design is completely faded and turning white. It’s very poorly made. Prior to the color fading, the rug was okay.

First of all, who FOLDS A RUG?!?!? Once it creases, there is NO way to get it to lay flat ever again. No amount of blow drying, weighing down, hanging, flattening etc. will get rid of the creases. This is unprofessional and dumb beyond belief.Creasing aside, the rug is very poorly made. It's actually white, and the design is printed on the very tips of the filaments making up the shag, so if you run your hand over it to bend down the filaments slightly, you see the white. Any footsteps in it, setting anything down on it, anything that will compress the material reveals the WHITE color underneath, making the rug look worn, old and faded straight out of the box! Oh yeah, and those creases - you can see the white through the creases, too, so they are even more obvious. This rug is one bad decision after another. I wish I'd read the 1-star reviews first before buying, instead of looking at the cumulative star average...P.S. The seller contacted me to say they'll talk to the supplier about improving the product, and offered a full refund, which was nice of them. So, customer service is good, but the rug itself still sucks.

Colorful addition as it replaced a drab rug. The rug would be better if it were substantive and it slides. Okay for value.
